A partner who will help us build the future of our agency, as we are nothing without our Spoons. A Recruiter who is passionate about finding candidates that have the perfect blend of skills and swag. Someone who truly understands our mission and can add to our vibrant creative agency culture.

As a Recruiter, you will own the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, as well as be an ambassador for the agency to the outside world. You will help identify opportunities for strategic growth and partnerships. You will always have your finger on the pulse of the advertising industry at large and will be constantly developing trusted relationships with internal hiring managers and employees across the agency. A master multitasker, you will be able to keep everyone and every project organized with ease, while keeping the candidate experience top of mind.

This Recruiter will work hand-in-hand with our Recruitment and HR leads as well as engage our Co-Founders and other hiring managers. 


  • Own full cycle recruitment across all departments and levels including; sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing the feedback process

  • Identify and network with active and passive candidates creating a dynamic talent pipeline

  • Immerse yourself in Giant Spoon’s culture & work

  • Manage a timely and successful hiring process by navigating conversations between hiring managers, finance and leadership

  • Develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion practices

  • Represent Giant Spoon at career fairs, networking events and other industry engagements

  • Proactively search for and develop new and more efficient recruiting practices


  • 3 – 5 years of fast paced, full cycle agency recruiting

  • Experience recruiting across all agency disciplines

  • Ability to prioritize roles and continually adapt to a changing environment

  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude.

  • Demonstrated credibility with business leaders and team members alike

  • Ability to see and switch between tactical and strategic tasks with ease

  • Experience working within an ATS

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
